Shipping & Pickup

• Pickup in Vienna: free of charge. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

• Shipping: Carefully packed using recycled materials.
Some items are delicate; minor risk of damage exists. Contact us immediately if your order is damaged.

Delivery:
Austria: 1–7 days
EU countries: 3–10 days

Shipping after payment.
Domestic: Österreichische Post | International: UPS
Costs depend on location and order weight.

Returns & Refunds

All items are second-hand and may show minor signs of use (fully described on the website).

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Notify us in advance: office@secondi-design.com
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
• Damaged or used returns will not be refunded.
• You can also return items in person in Vienna.

Exchanges: Not available.

Refunds: Issued after we receive and inspect returned items, credited to the original payment method.
