GENERAL

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Austrian law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

ORDERING & CONTRACT

A contract is formed when you place an order and we confirm it by email or deliver the product. Orders are only accepted from persons 18 or older.

PRICES & PAYMENT

• We are a small business and not subject to VAT.
• Payment must be made in full before delivery.
• Payment methods: Stripe

DELIVERY

• Delivery is made after payment.
• Shipping costs and times depend on your location.
• Domestic shipping: Österreichische Post, International: UPS.

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL(CONSUMERS)

• Consumers can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
• Return the items unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are issued after we receive and check the returned goods.

WARRANTY& COMPLAINTS

• Report defects within 7 days of receiving the product (include photos).
• If justified, you will receive a replacement or a refund.
• Damages caused by improper packaging during returns are at the customer’s expense.

LIABILITY

• For businesses: Liability only for intent or gross negligence.
• For consumers: Minor negligence liability applies only for personal injury.
• Not liable for damages unrelated to the product itself (e.g., lost profits).
• Minor differences in color, size, or finish may occur.
